You can either practise some Natural Health Tips or workout at home using some basic equipment like skipping ropes, dumbbells, etc.
A healthy diet and exercise are key to help you build the immunity you need to fight off any disease. Amid the COVID-19 lockdown, many of us do end up overindulging in junk food. That's where mindful eating can help. Here's what you should keep in mind according to dietitian Zamurrud Patel.
Monitor your portion sizes and food intake
When at home, there is a tendency of indulging in comfort treats like chocolates, chips and ice creams, all of which add up to those extra kilos. A sedentary lifestyle simply compounds this problem. Hence, it's vital to be mindful about what you are eating. To satiate your sugar cravings, have a fruit or a date. For snacks, use gram or corn, add some herbs, onions and tomatoes and spices to stir up a quick chaat. It's healthier and will give you much needed protein.

Make time to relax
Apart from work and daily chores, make time for entertainment. It will help you unwind. Watch a movie or a show together with your family while self-isolating or catch up via video chats with your friends and loved ones. The important part is to stay connected with the ones you love as that's also key to yours and their mental health and well-being.

From dairy, fruits, vegetables to groceries, there are plenty of products delivered at our doorsteps which aren’t exactly sterile. While we have clear guidelines about washing our hands, wearing face coverings and social distancing, what exactly needs to be done with the packages, mail and food items that we get from outside?
It is important to remember as per CDC, “It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads.”
Hence, taking precautions and being extra-cautious with sanitizing and disinfecting whatever items you are bringing inside your home is advisable if not absolutely necessary. Here is what can do
1. Make sure to opt for contactless delivery whenever possible. You may also opt to wear face coverings and hand gloves if contactless delivery is not an option or request the delivery to be left on stairs.
2. Dispose the outer packaging of the item/product before you enter your home. 3. Place all the packages and containers on the floor or wash basin, instead of tabletops. Clean the floor and sink with a disinfectant afterwards. 4. Throw away all the delivery bags, boxes and containers after transferring the items to their respective places. 5. You can clean the surface of the package with a simple disinfectant and leave it to dry. 6.Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. You should take a shower if you have been out grocery shopping. 7. If you are still worried about infected surfaces, you may leave your mail and packaged products (non-perishable) outside for 24 hours before using them.

The coronavirus has changed our lives completely. Everything has a new normal. Working from home, practising social distancing, staying indoors, the COVID 19 has changed our day to day lives in many ways. For some, these changes also include their toilet habits, something which has given rise to a new term, 'quarantine constipation'.
Even if you never faced the issue of constipation before, the pandemic might have changed it for you. To some constipation means the stools are too hard, requiring much strain or maybe in a small volume. For some, it is excess straining to evacuate the stool.
Start working out at home. Do some brisk walk in your balcony, terrace, lawn or even bedroom. Play your favourite songs and dance to its beats. Moderate intensity workout for 100 - 300 minutes a week can help relieve constipation
